My husband took his mobile phone to Tamworth Phones and paid PS50.00 to have the port repaired. Aferwards when he made and received calls he could hear them but they couldn’t hear him. He took it to Monkey mobiles who informed him that the port had been replaced with second hand one. The microphone which is right next to the port got damaged in the process. They also said to replace a port should cost no more than PS35.00. Monkey Mobiles told my husband there have been alot of people who have experienced similar problems. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I only rated to allow me to post.
The guys at Tamworth Phones are brilliant, had a screen replaced by them and they fitted a screen protector as a free bonus.
I then had cause to go back to them because my daughter couldn’t log back in as she had forgotten the log in, so they worked on it for almost an hour to get it working again.
There customer service is brilliant, they didn’t charge for their time to get it working for us.
This is now my go to repair shop for mobile phones, make it yours too, you won’t be disappointed.
This mobile home phone shop I have used for years & years they truly care really reasonable quick at what they do & always look after you I just wouldn’t go anywhere else these guys are amazing the best thank you for always fixing my phones be I’m always grateful xxx
