You told me on Wednesday the part will arrive on Thursday and calling me on Thursday to inform the part will arrive on Friday. You apologized me and promised that Friday afternoon within 45m-1h my mobile will be repaired. I agreed!
I called today, Friday 3 times at 4pm, ringing but no answer. I called at 4:30 pm, it became switched off. Please find the attached photo when I arrive to meet you. (so you knew that you are going to close on Friday). Please confirm what kind of honesty is it? It became the weekend. Hope you can enjoy your weekend!

Poor and unfriendly service, poor quality work.

Brought phone in for a screen replacement for a pixel 6a.
They didn’t have the item in stock after confirming twice that they did the day prior.
Poor screen installation, can feel the rough glue around the edge – not professional looking.
Fingerprint scanner doesn’t work since the new screen was installed. Brought it back to have it fixed and it’s still not working. We give up on the finger print scanner.

Will not use this company again.

Came in last summer for a screen repair and got really fast service but ever since my screen has been acting bizarre, clicking buttons on its own shutting itself off, deleting apps, etc. I have removed my screen protector to see if it helped but it didn’t. The phone has locked me out multiple times for 2+ hours in a row and keeps messing with my messages. I needed to get a new phone because of this. Not worth it. Do not recommend.
