Leaving a review from Hybrid Gaming based up in Scotland. These guys have taken one of our machines in after it arrived to our customer failing to boot. He very quickly diagnosed the ram being loose and popped it back in with no charge to us.

While we offered to pay he refused, a complete gentleman. It’s always great to come across another techy that’s willing to help you out especially as I am unlikely to ever be able to return the favour. I will however pass it along as this is how we work too.

For anyone considering buying a system from Taunton Laptop and PC repairs he was able to very quickly diagnose the issue and clearly knew what he was talking about. You’ll be in safe hands

This gentleman! Fantastic and honest service with my daughter’s HP pavilion laptop. he heard my enquiry, quickly continued from my own trouble shoot attempt and found the issue right away. Repaired quickly and was very reasonable. A man after my own heart for mending machines that can be kept going without the need to buy new all the time. I was recommended by a colleague and now I’m recommending him myself (didn’t catch his name) I will be taking another pc in as soon as I get time to learn if he can restore and upgrade that for me too!

I popped into this shop after a phone call to Andy (owner) I did not know him; it was a random google find.
I did not purchase anything in the end, yet Andy spent at least twenty minutes helping me find what I was looking for and then more time writing down the specs I needed to look out for. Very helpful and could not do enough to help me. Thank you Andy and I cannot recommend him enough.
