Hello everyone. I want to thank the Masters of TB-computer very much. Professionals in their field work there, as well as very sincere and kind people. I came from Ukraine and my laptop broke down. Therefore, I had to bring it for repair, unfortunately, after diagnostics, I found out that the cost of repairs is very high and it is more profitable to buy a working one. But I didn’t have the funds for a new one. When the employees found out that I was a refugee from Ukraine and I didn’t have the money to buy another one, they gave me another one. Thank you, I really need it for my studies and work.
I needed to replace the CPU cooler on my gaming machine. A very positive experience from first walking through the door until picking up my PC the same day.
The pricing, which was reasonable, was explained upfront and communication via WhatsApp and email was excellent.
