Had my iPhone 13 screen replaced.
After 2 weeks little squares appeared and made the screen completely unresponsive, rendering my phone useless and locked out.

After contacting the business and requesting a replacement to the faulty screen I’ve been left waiting with promises of appointments that turn into no shows.

Also worth noting that the hardware installed is most likely a cheap alternative, noted the panel was not OLED as battery life reduced significantly (pixels now on all at once rather than individually controlled). Also lost the ability for True Tone features etc.

I will be going to Apple direct to resolve issue and trying to forget I’m out PS100 of pocket.
