When your phone gets a clean bill of Health and only requires a screen replacement to be like new but comes out with other issues not charging at all , told that the battery is gone although a 85% life report only two days before it entered Tech City something is not right

The gentleman had a nice manner and was very good to deal with however this another review adding to battery issues on leaving the establishment

I would recommend if your device is of any value , take a trip elsewhere as there is definitely a means to increase cost in operation within this unit and very little customer care in return

I certainly won’t be using the services of Tech City for my devices in the future although having good experiences in sales in the same premises 18 months ago on a charger purchase

Got phone battery replaced here. New battery was draining quicker than old one. And within a week was dying immediately when it got to 50%. Took it back, he replaced it, but new battery exactly the same. Shop is blaming charging cable, but it is the genuine one I have used for 2 years. Now need to find another shop to replace battery again. Waste of money going here.

**Update**
Now paid to get battery replaced elsewhere, turns out this battery was so swollen it was a fire hazard.
New battery is now 2 weeks old and working perfectly.
Will never use or recommend Tech City again.
