Broke my phone screen on Wednesday lunch time, messaged them on Facebook and paid a deposit for the part, it arrived the following day, they messaged me and said I could drop it down any time after 5pm, then messaged me at 4pm to say I could drop it round early, had it dropped round to them. They then messaged me literally about an hour later to say it was ready to be collected.
Couldn’t ask for a better service, the phone is like brand new, and they even put a screen protector on for free.

Always an amazing service from Tech Direct. They’ve fixed batteries, rear glass and front screen on my iPhone, and recently changed the screen on my work Samsung.
