The screen of my Honour 10 (Huawei) phone shattered as I dropped the phone, accidentally, and it landed face down, on my kitchen floor. Prior to that I had used the phone for 18 months without any issues. Sent the phone to Tech Direct for a screen replacement. They charged me PS60 and used a cheap, non-tempered, glass as a screen replacement. Consequently, the screen cracked within one month of normal use (the phone was not dropped or knocked or mishandled). Sent the phone back to Tech Direct. The Proprietor admitted they’d used a cheap, non-tempered glass, as a replacement, but refused to replace the broken glass or even partially refund me. His defence was that if they’d used the correct type of shatter-proof glass it would have cost me PS180 to replace the screen, thereby admitting the glass he’d used, to fix the screen, was not fit for purpose.
Would not recommend this retailer….

Absolutely terrible experience. Was scammed into buying PS15 headphones that broke almost immediately. On going back to the store I was given some waffle about it not being their fault and that they know that sometimes they get faulty goods. Will be reporting to Brent Council in time but watch out everyone!

Your phone had a battery problem as know a message used to appear on your phone screen to get your battery changed which was sorted after changing the battery, but now I think Your phone has another problem. So kindly come to the shop so that we check it again for you.
