My husband went to see this man to have a glass screen protector for his brand new phone. The man failed with it first time so took it back and he tryed to refuse to do it. Then he did another one but got dust all on it so wasn’t clear then when he told him that the man started to speak in his own language to security whilst stood in front of my husband he was told it was rude by my husband and security and he argue that it was not my husband ask for his money back at this point and he bent down with my husband phone in hand and bashed it of a hard surface also damaged my husbands new phone case. Highly advise not using this place anymore.

Awful. Repaired screen. Was dark from day one but was advised they don’t use genuine parts so that’s why. Which is fine I can cope with that. 3 weeks later touch screen is broken. Can’t use phone at all. They have now said this is a different part and need to repair again. Even though all other repairs places say it’s part of the screen that’s been fitted. Screen clicks in the corner where not fitted properly and now wants to charge us again. Do not recommend. PS110 for a screen which was faulty from day one and they want to charge another PS70 to repair for their faulty screen.

This guy is a life saver. My wife and I have both had issues with our iPhones over the past 6 months and he has had it fixed within 40minutes (issue with charging or been dropped and some wiring needed fixing). He charged a reasonable fee and didn’t take advantage considering the other alternative so I would highly recommend. I have also had home change a number of watch batteries and compared to Timpsons he charged me a fraction of the price and many years later they are still running. Great guy to do business with.
