RIP OFF, TERRIBLE PHONE REPAIR, DECEITFUL, LIARS!! DO NOT COME!! THEIR 4.9 STARS IS BECAUSE THEY WRITE THE REVIEWS THEMSELVSES WHILE USING YOUR PHONE AND HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS INFLATE FALSE RATINGS. THEY WRITE REVIEWS MENTIONING THEIR NAMES WHEN THEY HAVEN’T EVEN INTRODUCED THEMSELVSES.

This place charged me more than 5x what my phone screen is worth. I had an iphone 12 pro screen replaced and I found the exact same type of screen and repair kit on Amazon for $30, while I was charged $200 for their replacement! The LCD screen they gave me broke after 6 months of use and I decided to fix it myself. I found that not only was the screen they used the lowest quality screen on the market, the phone itself was also missing 2 screws!! I’d highly NOT RECOMMEND coming here unless you want to be charged $200 for terrible quality, and to be lied to to your face.

I wish I could warn yall enough to not visit this store, I gave them my laptop for service, they kept me in the grey for 2.5 weeks, I followed up 3-4 times but got no response. I had an exam the following week so I asked them to hurry up and they kept coming up with different reasons why it was taking so long, each time it was a delay with some or the other parts they ordered to fix it. Finally today they said I could come collect it but it won’t be fixed. I visited the store and asked what was wrong and the employees exact words were that it wasnt repaired as I put too much pressure on them. When I asked for a refund on the diagnostic fee, he abused me in Hindi knowing that I’m Indian. Never visit this place even on accident.
