I walked in earlier today to buy a new screen protector for my iPhone 13 Mini, I asked one of the workers if they had any iPhone13 Mini screen protectors and he showed me an iPhone12 Mini instead, I was told they are the same size and there isn’t a difference. I thought that was great, left went home and opened the screen protector to put on my phone. When I opened the box, an iPod screen protector was inside with a 12 mini screen protector.

I went back and Varun and Dilijot were in the store and said there was a mixup and there is supposed to be only one screen protector per package, which I said was odd because I got the same screen protector a few months ago and it came with two. They said they would make an exception for me and give it to me for free, in exchange for a good review. I said no worries, got my proper screen protector and went home.

When I went to put on the new screen protector, I noticed the size was off, because the notch ontop is a totally different size. (Look at photo attached). I wasn’t aware of this, and this is really dishonest work because I am certain the two employees in a tech store would know this detail about phones.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I got scammed.

June 5,2024 came to Promenade location to change battery on iPhone 6S that had over 70% left but other then that was running all applications perfectly fine. My iPhone now is shutting off and turning itself on every couple of seconds and therefore became completely useless. Went back this morning and left it with Varun for fixing this acquired problem after change of battery. But it was returned to me later in a day with exactly the same problem. Do you believe in such coincidences that after replacing battery my iPhone just became ‘old’ as I was explained. Extremely disappointing service, I can’t stress enough how much I regret going to Tech Dot Com and basically loosing my iPhone!

Do not go to this place unless you want to completely waste your money. I came to this place to repair my computer screen last june and paid almost $1000 for it with which i could’ve bought a whole new computer with. The new screen lasted about 7 months before it completely stopped working. I didn’t do anything to it previously and took extra good care of it so there would be no reason for it to randomly break. I honestly believe they take an absurd amount of money and purposely use broken screens that are bound to break, to make extra profit. I am extremely disappointed and will never come here again.
