Sold me a phone as new, it was not new, many apps do not work, I called Samsung who said this phone is not new and it’s from a foreign country. This shop sells used foreign phones as new U.K. ones.

The phone was missing its SIM card port opening tool, and had a foreign charger.

His excuse was ‘ it’s only a PS90 phone’ … price does not matter, the phone should work.

Terrible service do not buy from here. You will waste your money.

I went trying to sell my phone and he just took it and tried to plug it into his laptop and asked me to unlock it to get to my files, he had. I reason why to do that, he just needed to see the state of my phone just like CEX do! I can only think he wanted to get to my personal details, it was really weird. Definitely wouldn’t sell anything here unless your phone is completely clean of your personal details.
