My daughter recently Got a screen replacement from here (cracked) and now it has been glitching ever since. I took it back as it was only 15 days later told him it’s been happening for a few days. He refused to change or even look at it. Had the cheek to say she must have dropped it again!! Then tried to say he’d replace it if I paid an extra PS25. When I said no he then started laughing and told me to leave the shop. AVOID

He is also a liar and states I was abusive to staff!! (only himself in the shop) I most certainly was not! I just wanted him to put right something that was clearly a fault after the screen was replaced which was the answer I gave him. It was my daughter’s phone and after a few days she told me it was glitching but only now and then.. it got significantly worse over the next week. She’s in full time college and has a part time job that was the soonest we could go back and explained this to you!! Which you’ve lied about in your responce

My husband revisited the shop and explained what had happened. He was very nice to my husband and did replace the screen so maybe just woman should avoid!

He also asked for this post to be removed which I would have if he hadn’t lied!!
I was not hurling abuse nor disrespectful. Just angry that you treat myself and daughter the way you did and you could see me getting angry and laughed in my face.
Very unprofessional behaviour

Had my screen replaced here in March. Returned the phone within 90 days as it had a warranty on the work carried out including parts. The phone was taken back on a Sunday morning for opening at 10am. The gentleman behind the desk said himself he thinks its a faulty screen in which they would have to order a replacement.Received a call at 15:55 to say the phone was fixed however they closed at 16:00.

Came to collect on the Monday morning and the phone was not fixed. I was advised the issue was definitely not with the screen and was either with the battery or the motherboard. I then had taken the phone to another shop locally who had the phone for 5 minutes and said the issue is definitely with the screen that was originally fitted.

I then had to pay to get the screen replaced again obviously been out of pocket. I was only offered a replacement screen after it had been repaired elsewhere.

(Reference to response if that was the case why try and sell a replacement battery or motherboard for the phone)

My 4th generation iPad Air suddenly stopped functioning; it wouldn’t charge or power on. Initially, I visited a the larger tech store in Parkway, they deemed it nothing more than an expensive paperweight as it was an issue with the logic board. Just as I was losing hope, I sought help from Tech Fix. They detected some electrical activity through the charging port, suggesting a possible fix. Upon inspection, they discovered a problem with the logic board and successfully repaired it. Although there are now heat marks on the LCD screen from opening the screen, it’s unclear if these were caused by Tech Fix or the previous store. Regardless, I’m impressed with Tech Fix’s service. They set clear expectations, informed me of the risks involved in the repair, and provided a preliminary cost estimate, ensuring no surprises. For any future repairs, I’ll definitely return to them with any other devices I need repairing in the future. Thanks again for getting it working again!
