I’ve now had 2 excellent experiences with Tech Fix. The first was asking their help to repair the hinges of an older Asus laptop. They were honest that a repair would not be cost effective. I’ve just retrieved my replacement HP Spectre after they’d repaired the charging port. Really impressed and grateful for their guaranteed work. The initial fix did not hold and for no added cost, they made sure to address the more serious issue that they discovered. When my computer was not returned by the supplier after several weeks, they lent me another laptop (with my hard drive installed) and helped me set up needed interface with all my associated devices, bluetooth keyboard and mouse etc. Today, they finished installing my hard drive back in the repaired laptop, made sure everything was updated etc. I am a fan. Feel safe turning to them for my related tech needs.

Excellent service! They exceeded my expectations in speed of service, professionalism and costs. I needed a whole Macbook keyboard chasis replacement and it was done in one day. My battery was also replaced at no additional cost.
