Very competitive prices and amazing top-notch service

I had a software/firmware issue with my cellphone and it stopped working Thursday @ night. I was expecting an extremely important call Friday afternoon that I could not miss, had no way to inform them to call another number, and had no back up phone to put the SIM card in.
I called a few places around town in the morning, and I was advised they could not even look at my phone until later in the day. I called TechGate at opening, and the man here told me to come right away. I rushed in there, he got to work on my phone right away, and had it fixed and working within 30 minutes. The service I received was amazing. Highly recommend!

I came in to get my new laptop serviced, and the guy behind the counter asked if I checked my warranty. I had completely forgot. When I checked it, I had 16 days left. Thanks to him, I saved a few hundred dollars that I otherwise would have spent on the repair. It’s good to know that some businesses still care about the customer, and not just trying to squeeze you for money.

I’d reccomend coming here if you’re worried about getting ripped off. Even the price he quoted me was ~10% less than the other places I contacted.

Service was great and the individual who assisted me was very courteous and attentive. Initial quote for diagnosing the issue with my laptop was decent and final price ended up being less which was a pleasant surprise. They could have just charged the initial quoted amount.
When I went to pick up the laptop, I was also given a few quick tips on what to check for if similar issues arise and how I might be able to fix. I will definitely go back with any future tech issues. Thank you.
