Terrible experience. I purchased a PS220 PC case from their website. They took my money immediately but didnt send me a confirmation email.

I asked why no confirmation email, and they said: “The payment was through Stripe, in 3 days when Stripe clears the payment I’ll get my confirmation email”. Fair enough.

I waited 3 days, never got my email.

I contacted again, they said they received payment and my item would be dispatched on Monday 6th. I asked why no confirmation email and they said “We’ll pass it onto the web team, they’ll email you tonight by 8pm”. They never did.

So it was supposed to be dispatched Monday the 6th May, and I left them to it. 9 days later (15th May), I’ve got no item delivered and I haven’t received a single email from them.

To top it all off, the agent on the website chat is not responsive today. All I wanted was a confirmation email, and a delivery dispatched email, and to know why my order hasn’t been delivered when they repeatedly assured me it would be ok.

This is utterly terrible for a company selling items on the Internet. Please avoid purchasing a product from their website at all costs, or risk being treated like me.

I bought 2 windows business laptops and 2 MacBook Pro from techgear on 20th may for my company . I was looking for quite good deal as it was big purchase for business . I found Techgear on google and went there to check different kind of laptops at their store at Finchley Road and I was amazed with the selections of laptops . They have all kind of laptops and all other mobile and laptop accessories. Price was very reasonable and competitive compared to any retail stores . Staff was very helpful and friendly. And also they came to my office and setup all laptops and networking as well .

Best mobile repair and laptop repair shop on finchley road . I went mobile repair shop next to Finchley road station but very rude staff and quality of product was really bad then i found Techgear on google and went there to fixed my Iphone 14 pro lcd and also wanted to clean my gaming laptop all they did it inn 2 hours and qualitu of lcd was as good as apple and very reasonable price . Very much appreciated and would use them for all my electronic items .
