These guys are superstars! Dropped my phone outside over the weekend and smashed the screen. Tech Geek has replaced it perfectly, quickly, and at a far better price than anyone else I could find. They even gave me a choice of original parts or lower cost options (went for original because I love my phone, it wasn’t a lot more than other option, and wanted to err on the safe side by having like-for-like replacement).

I’d read reviews before I asked them for a quote and was a little wary. But, while you’re unlikely to get a lot of friendly chit chat from this place, I’d wholeheartedly recommend them. This is based on the few hours (no time at all!) they had my phone in the shop and how well the repair seems to be working (have been giving the phone a good use since getting it back – including testing charger, touch screen, audio etc).

They’re not miracle workers – sometimes you may have damaged your phone too badly to repair, which some of the negative reviews on here seem to suggest had been done – but they are incredibly good at what they do and much cheaper than buying a new phone or even many other repair options.

Would use them again – just hope I don’t have to!

Absolutely rubbish service. Paid over PS200 for a screen replacement. They couldn’t fix it 3 times. This is the end product. They tried to blame the user for using the phone. Please avoid at all costs. They offer no solution to the problem or any money back.

They think they have all the answers. If they didn’t know how to replace a screen they should not have taken the PS200 payment. They will push the blame onto the user for trying to use a touch screen. Do not believe their replies. How can you try to fix a screen three times and it comes out worse each time.

They have said they offer warranty, and the image shows the warranty they supplied. It is all a scam!

Please save your money and go to other shops. Thank you

I left my phone with them to fix a cracked screen when I got the phone back the screen was constantly glitching. I went back for them to fix it again and after 3 week of waiting I got the phone back and it wasn’t fixed. After not even 30 min of using it started glitching again and the screen would get stuck. When I went back there they didn’t want to fix it again. Super rude service not very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend leaving your phones there.
