I am sharing the experience with Zoltan’s service. I truly want to say it was a great customer satisfactory experience for me. From the start, he engaged via text with great communication and interest of my issues. I contacted a few others prior and their comments start from we charge x amount and hourly not really engaging the issues!!!! But Zoltan was not!!! I was very impressed with his interest and engagement with my issue and his pleasant attitude. He provided flexible approach with appointments and no hassle at all.
Now his work, he built a PC for me and pre enagaged with me to buy all necessary parts( with great care). We all know how difficult it can be when we know nothing about computers. He explained much details and didn’t mind at all with my silly questions. He built an excellent PC for me and it works fantastic.
I added tips because I was very impressed with his customer service and care. I 1000% recommend Zoltan. @zoltan thank you again for your great service. I hope I don’t need your service because it’s not great for me if need you but I 100% will contact you if I ever need your service again.

I have been using the team at Tech Geniuz since 2017. They have fixed issues with my Mac, built gaming PCs for my children, set up WiFi extenders, a printer and my new iPhones (and any tech issues that crop up). I have had support both in person and remotely and the response time is very quick.

We have a home users support plan for which we pay a monthly subscription. This effectively provides our whole family with on-call technical support across all of our devices. Basically, we have access to our own IT Helpdesk when issues arise.

Zoltan is a certified Apple technician and he has also helped with multiple non-Apple devices. He is friendly, honest and reliable and I highly recommend him.

Zoltan came at short notice and established what we had generally expected which was a severe and complex fault. He was excellent, calm, knowledgeable and very honest.
I work in tech and was impressed with his skills. I will be using him again for other tech things in our house. Highly recommended. We had a Mac issue but my hunch is he could probably handle most complex IT challenges.
