Outstanding service, pricing, and customer care. I was genuinely in a massive bind as I had a iMac desktop that had faulted and was needed for Monday morning for my business, and for an urgent project delivery. Took it to Tech Lid and the staff there gave it the 5 star treatment while providing the best customer care I have seen in years. Called them up with the issues and they waved me in that day. Turned up and they took in the PC with the understanding that it needs to be fixed in a 24 hour window. They took on the challenge and delivered perfectly. They were even kind enough to open up on the Sunday (their usual day off) to allow me to pick it up in time to prep it. They were even charging me such an excellent price I felt the need to tip them. Tell me, when was the last time you tipped an IT store? Exactly….THAT’S how great these guys are. I will be taking all of my repair and tech needs to them going forward. Superstars.

Bought my ps5 in to clean, took a little longer than expected (3 hours instead of 1) but I ran other errands meanwhile and he has a lot more other work understandably, but job very well done and gave solid advice on what hard drive to get next time to increase storage and save money. Also informed me of any other problems that may arise with my system in the near future just in case.

The other 1 star reviews are the neighbouring shops trying to put his shop down. His shop is by far the cleanest and more professional. He quoted me the cheapest price to clean my system whilst other shops wanted to charge double the price he quoted.

Went to repair a macbook pro which was deemed not repairable by Apple. Was given clear indication of possible fault and possible fare for completing repair.
