Sent in one of our PCs to be fixed, it took nearly 2 months with no communication, then when we picked it up first they let us take it without the testing being finished on it, when we got it home it wasn’t set up, the motherboard was a different brand not the like for like promised and it was running awfully, took it back and said please do not give it back to us unless 100% fixed, was called to pick it up was promised it ran like butter and even apparently ran spiderman on it, then when it was tested again at home, without any programs running the CPU was at 100% – by the way the motherboard put in was cheaper than the one I have so I have been scammed and ripped off massively. I have tried to call but no one answers the phone and the one time we messaged the Facebook page there was no response. Not only have we lost money but completely lost any faith that this store knows what they’re doing.
I am afraid that this is not the case. The iPad was returned to you on the Monday which was the next working day. You said that you would warranty it or it could be the motherboard. You said that it was ok for my son to use it for homework and bring it back. We phoned and a note was put on the system as to why it was not brought back that week.Your colleague put in an order for a new screen which you put a stop to. Nobody returned our calls. When we came in and spoke to you you said you would send it of as a warranty and it would be ready on the Thursday when we came in we found out that it was not ready and once again no one had been in contact.
iPad Screen was fixed for PS300 on collection they didn’t show it working. Once turned on at home as IPad was returned to us with no charge we took it back the next working day to be told it was our fault and nothing can be done. We have been loyal customers spending over PS600 since October. They will happily take the money but won’t help when needed, AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.
