I took an old laptop in to see if it was worth fixings
I was reassured that he could replace cracked screen and update laptop, as it was a good one!
He showed me it worked in his office , but when I got it home it wouldn’t connect to my Internet…
I met him at a travelodge and he showed me it connected to their Internet,
I explained that it didn’t connect to mine and I had spent PS160 on a laptop that doesn’t work!
I asked him to come round and fix the problem and was told he would charge me for his time,
Previously he was happy to drop my laptop off and pick it up, but nw it was too far to travel!
I shouldn’t of gave him the money, I even gave him a fiver tip as I hadn’t any change!
His attitude stinks and if I’d of known it wouldn’t of worked I would of bought a cheap chrome book for PS70,
Please if you use him wait til you are 100% satisfied with his service ,and wait til you use it at your home!
I was advised by him wrongly
Any decent person would rectify the problem and come round and fix it!
Soon as he had the money his attitude changed!
I have nw a laptop that doesn’t work , and a PS160 out of pocket

Nihad offered a fantastic service! I was having an issue with my laptop, phoned him up and within 20 mins he had arrived! Nihad is very professional and a really friendly man. He was so helpful and cared about doing a good job. Whilst he was there he identified another issue which I knew there was but I wasn’t sure what it was. I just knew my laptop wasn’t functioning as smoothly as I knew it should. My laptop is now a lot quicker and more safely protected which was great! Great service! I would highly recommend!
