Had to get a flight to New Zealand and smashed the screen of my phone at a cash point across the road, they fixed it in a few hours, ordered the part. Were really great and helpful. They were honest that they hadto make money but also genuinely wanted to help out which i appreciated. Thank God they were across the road, as if it was meant to be. Would have been such a mess making that trip without my phone.
Really impressed with this store. I was so stressed because I cracked my screen. So I didn’t have the best attitude towards the staff however the staff member was very calm and understanding. On top of that they were able to fix my screen within hours which was impressive. Great staff,great service and they respond fast/fix your phone fast.
I’ve been going here for about a year now. So much better than CEX they are faster, realiable and very friendly. If you use places like this to buy or sell this is the place to go hands down! I even sometimes get better offers than other places.
