There was something wrong with my keyboard, I told them in the first place. But these guys told me that if I let them reset my window and delete all my data, the problem with my keyboard will be fixed too and I let them. But IT DID NOT. And they didn’t even check again to see if all the problems are fixed or not 🙂 Such a waste of time for me.
