Dan is knowledgeable and helpful and explains what may or may not be needed up front. I have used him for a couple of major repairs on iPads, after I once took an iPhone to him with a speaker issue, which he cleaned there and then and handed back working with no charge. iPad is working great now and would have no hesitation about having him work on my phones, iPads or Mac at any time.
