I suddenly wasn’t able to charge my phone – the charger simply wouldn’t fit the charging port one evening and even with a torch and magnifying glass I couldn’t see anything that was causing the problem. I had prepared myself to buy a new phone the following day but thought I’d pop into Tech-Revive first to see if there was anything that could be done. In less than 3 or 4 minutes the problem was solved; debris removed, charging checked and I left, much relieved, with a fully functioning phone. The young men who solved the problem were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They refused my offer of payment but maybe this review goes some way to express my thanks and encourage others to visit Tech-Revive if they’ve any issues with their own phone. I’ll certainly be back in the future but for now, I’m sorted

Spend over a PS1000 in here over the last couple of years, the last time was a few weeks ago when I had my iPhone screen replaced, within a week a pixel line was running down the screen but wasn’t able to get in, managed to make it today and they said I’d dropped it, which I haven’t and that the 12 month warranty they said I had wouldn’t appear to be worth anything, funny though, they said instead of charging me PS190 which they did a few weeks ago they’d only charge me PS150. I won’t be back.

Outstanding communication and service. The service from Tech-Revive who attended by visiting at my home to install and help me with my new iPad was absolutely wonderful. Clear instruction that I could follow and excellent communication via phone or in person. Sure will continue to seek them for support with my problems in future. Thanks!
