Went to get my charging port replaced for my iPhone 13. At first I was quoted either PS30 if the pins needed realigning or PS60 if the whole charging port needed replacing.

They went with the PS30 option and when I got home, I found that my phone still didn’t charge. I then went back and got the whole unit replaced with no issue and my phone now charging.

However after looking, I noticed that they had forgotten to replace the bottom pentalobe screws (which literally hold the screen on). I then took my phone to another phone shop back home who had also then found that when opening my phone up, a whole load of other screws were missing within my phone, leaving various parts of my phone exposed and prone to breaking, whether this was deliberate or not I don’t know but pretty dodgy and unprofessional regardless.

Honestly these guys are great! Replaced my phone screen a couple months ago and were really quick. Unfortunately had to go back as the screen went black on my pixel 6 pro again through no impact or water damage and they were brilliantly trusting to then replace again for free when i didn’t have my receipt! Absolute heroes and thank you so much can fully recommend these guys for their repair and service, really happy!
