BE WARNED, this appears to be a totally scam business, do not trust the 5 star reviews which they have obviously posted themselves. I took a lap top screen for repair, they demanded cash only and took PS90 in advance, advising that it would have to be sent to a parent company for repair. But the screen lasted only 3 weeks before cracking again and they refused a refund, alleging that it had been dropped meanwhile, which was a lie (an experience which another reviewer has also posted ). Then I took it to a more reliable store where they informed that in fact the new screen had not been properlv attached at the back which is why it had cracked. In addition the counter staff at the first shop alleged that there was another beyond repair fault, with the speaker, and tried to sell us another (2nd hand) laptop in its place – and there was no such fault! I will now take legal steps to recover the cash taken under false pretences and post the result. I will also try to and identify and advise of the ‘parent company’ where they claim to have sent it.

FANTASTIC!! Just want to give a massive shout out to the tech computer shop in garston village. Its now under NEW management and they are fantastic!!
Had several issues with my laptop and visited a couple of places prior to here who said it was completely unfixable including apple!
Took it here and he fixed it no problem at a very fair price. He offers a free check and quote service and is a lovely guy.
Please everyone consider here for all tech needs as they are a new small business so I would like to get the word out about them So happy that it could be fixed.

The staff at Tech shop was extremely responsive.They immediately helped me with my mobile software issue- samsung A22.In no time I was get going happy from their shop.
The team at shop seemed experienced, talented and knowledgeable ,plus they were very humble and grounded in their communication.
