I am hopeless if anything goes wrong with my laptop or phone. I had a major meltdown when I hadn’t used my laptop and it was very slow and I wasn’t getting emails. I also didn’t know my passwords so they reset them. Adam and Shem were unbelievable and fixed everything for me. I am so thankful to them would highly recommend them for all your tech needs. Gentleman who serves me was incredibly honest, he could have told me he’d replaced the battery in my phone and I’d seriously would have been none the wiser. But that’s not what he did, he waited for me to return and then explained why he didn’t change the battery and suggested I take it to the manufacturer’s store (nothing to do with an street market problem either).

Really happy with my experience here. Alex fixed my phone screen way quicker than expected, there was a possibility that I’d have to wait the weekend out to get it back but Alex managed to get the part in asap and it was fixed the next day right before I had to leave for work, my phone battery is also better now too though I didn’t have it replaced.
