Absolutely exceptional service to restore my MacBook after it had been stolen and recovered via FindMy. Patrick went the extra mile to understand what was wrong with the machine and how to fix. He consulted with me whenever necessary and checked I was happy with the solution before finalising it. Very pleasant and friendly, put me at my ease at a time when I was naturally feeling stressed over what had happened. I could not be happier with the service I received and highly recommend Tech-Village. Any issues in future and I know where I shall be headed for it to be addressed.

My iMac had completely broken down and was repaired the same day with a new hard drive and all apps reinstalled for a very reasonable price. I was given a quote and had everything involved in the repair explained to me in language I could understand. I highly recommend tech village and would not go anywhere else. After a trip to Apple M/K I was told that as my IPad was about 7 years old it was not possible to find a replacement battery ,the the best option for me was to spend around PS600 for a replacement .
Luckily for me ,on my way home I stoped of at Tech – Village.
What a difference, a new battery was ordered ,and within a few day my I pad was up and running again , for a very reasonable price .
