My wife needed a new phone, as her Samsung was as old as the hills! We tried to buy one in our local (Birkenhead) BT/EE shop but they could not guarantee the complete transfer of everything she had on her original phone as she had some family items she did not want to lose. Craig & his colleague in the Techbase shop in Llandudno were fantastic in (a) suggesting a suitable replacement & then (b) transferring everything over to the new phone then taking the trouble to run through everything she needed to know about items on it. If anyone has such doubts or problems as my wife had I would definitely recommend Techbase.
Amazing carnt rate them high enough .. I went in for a second opinion after a scammer trying to rip me off (BM MOBLIES & COMPUTERS).he confirmed there was nothing wrong and cleaned my charger port took him no less than 5 mins and he refused to take my money after me begging him too . since worked perfectly amazing young lad ..I will be recommending them to people and if I have a problem I’ll be back .
I went in with a cracked screen on a phone that just dropped while on holiday. I bought a reconditioned phone and after great difficulty amd hard work, they were able to transfer all my data onto the new phone. Extremely grateful. A good and lucky find. Highly recommend.
