Had my laptop repaired by Paul for about a week now. Had issues with my gaming laptop fan that I used for heavy graphics work. To a point where the fan is rattling extremely loud and actually able to vibrate the table desk.

Paul tried deep cleaning and removing the dust at 1st but still not helping and suggested that the fan required replacement. I needed the laptop urgently due to working from home and he was understanding and professional enough to try and get it sorted a lot earlier than initially quoted.

Paul even went above and beyond by giving my laptop with a better heat sink paste compare to the original paste my laptop had from Asus, boosting the cooling efficiency a lot. Very much appreciated for that.

They custom built a pc for my autistic son and made it a very collaborative experience for him, taking his wants and ideas and building on them to create an amazing gaming computer. They answered all our questions expertly and quickly and kept us updated on the progress as it was being built. If you’re looking to have a pc built, these are the guys to do it. They also have a great after care policy.

Popped in to enquire about a replacement charger for my custom built laptop (I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed as I had bought the device second hand without a charger).
The owner was super helpful and didn’t try and sell me some cheap rubbish. Instead he took the time to offer me excellent advice and even helped me find what I was looking for online as he did not have what I needed in stock.
