1 star is the lowest score on this review but I would give this shop a big fat ZERO !!!!
Took my kindle in there to be repaired and was told the pins in the charger port were damaged because I had used the wrong cable charger. Had it 5 years and had no trouble with the lead supplied by Kindle which a 5 year old could use but reluctantly accepted their advice and bought a new lead from them and paid PS50.00 to get the Kindle repaired. Picked it up a week later and got home to charge it with their new lead only to find it still didn’t work and also discovered the viewing screen had been damaged by them. Spoke to the manager on this who basically told me that the minute I walked out of the shop without reporting the screen damage or the fact the Kindle wouldn’t charge was my problem as per their terms and conditions clearly displayed on the counter of their shop. The manager was totally disinterested in any sort of refund and to anyone having any sort of I.T. problems I would suggest DON’T TOUCH THIS PLACE WITH A BARGEPOLE !!!

The Managers response on this was absolute rubbish and a downright LIE !!! They didn’t fix the Kindle and did damage the screen whilst attempting to do so. It is also rubbish to say we used an iphone charger on the Kindle which is why the port was damaged. We used the Kindle supplied charger lead initially and then when we had problems the lead supplied by Tech Doctor so obviously the port problem was not rectified. Saying they would now fix the problem is not O.K. as another I.T. shop advised that the Kindle was beyond economical repair and a waste of money and shouldn’t be attempted as any repair may only last weeks if not days. Something that Tech Doctors should have advised !!!!

I bought a charger from these guys and the next day the charger head was stuck in my phone and I couldn’t get it out. The lead was detached. When I refunded ot, I was told that tye charge4 is broken. We’ll I knew this but after first use. Ridiculous. It was so flimsy. I wasn’t expect to walk away with no redundancy or no replacement charger. What a con and poor service. Not impressed

Took my PS1k pc to this awesome repair shop! As I couldn’t get it switched on,after 2 weeks of waiting to get it back I can safely say it came back in 1 peace and they managed to get it working,I will recommend this store to my family and friends thankyou guys
