Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough. Took my PS5 in this morning with multiple issues, it was already diagnosed by the afternoon, I recieved an informative call on the issues and the cost of repair if I wanted to go through with it. It was totally affordable and once I gave the go-ahead, the device was already ready before closing for which I recieved another call to let me know.
The staff speak English also which was great for me as my German isn’t very good.
Tobi the technician was super nice, clear and friendly. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the person working the front desk but he was also super kind and friendly.
I will go here for all electronic fixes from now on! Great place!

Erstmal ein dickes Dankeschon fur die fixe und super gemachte Wartung meiner PS4! Sie schnurrt wie neu, total neues Gefuhl
Und danke fur das erleuchtende Gesprach bei der Abgabe der Konsole. Ebenso am Telefon wurde der Prozess genau erklart, man weiss was auf einen zu kommt.Schon, wenn man nicht einfach nur abgefertigt wird und ein Gesprach jenseits des Problems hat. Ganz dickes Lob an den Techniker, der meine Konsole so schnell bearbeitet hat! Das war das Geld uberaus wert! Ab jetzt in solchen und ahnlichen Fallen meine 1.wahl.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin begeistert von der fachlichen Kompetenz und der Schnelligkeit der Reparatur und das obwohl es ein Surface von Microsoft war. Jeder weiss, wie schwierig es ist, das zu reparieren . Ihr werdet immer meine erste Anlaufstelle sein. Ihr seid TOP !!
