Useless. After a recommendation I decided to use Tech Geeks for a repair on my phone. There was no water damage, no screen damage, or anything obvious. I explained the issue that the phone was charging and crashed and would not turn on. They replaced the charging port this was not the issue. I chased them up to find out what was going on and they had sent the phone to a repair shop in Birmingham. I was told that they couldn’t fix the phone and that I would get the phone back and i could try another phone repair shop. However 6 months later I have not had my phone back. Nor can they trace where it has gone.
Charging port wasn’t quite working all that well , took down to TechGeeks so they could have a look at it , after explaining to me that it would just simply be a cleaning of the charger port required , they swiftly got to doing the job and it was done in just under 5 minutes , good service.
Came into the store with a problem where my phone was locked, although I tried everything I couldn’t get it unlocked. They did it in less than 20 seconds! And didn’t charge me. Absolute stars! Highly recommend!!
