TechGeeks most definitely deserve heartfelt thanks and five stars for the way they dealt with an ancient Nokia phone whose screen had been smashed during a fall by an elderly gentleman. Adhil was extremely helpful by importing all the contact numbers not saved to the sim card to the replacement iPhone purchased from them; which is being gradually got used to after much tuition! Krishna was equally as helpful and understanding when we called in again a week later with a previously misplaced Nokia phone, as he too copied all the contact numbers again to another sim card for a backup phone just in case it was needed whilst technology becomes less of a mystery. Highly recommended especially to all those not too tech savvy

Had a new mobile brought from here samsung . Work well four a few months. Went in to get it repair more than once I even walk out the shop and there repair did not even last. Load of false promises made. Cost over 200 pounds for under 5 months of the phone working. I will never spend a penny here. I won’t ever go back my family and friends won’t use this place either. Oh I brought the same phone from the 02.shop one month later guess what never had a problem with it . Oh no need for a false promise or smart reply .lost trust and lost customers If your smart go elsewhere.Also having lived in hinckley for 20 years I am sure I know what shops I buy goods in And yes it was your shop. Shoppers beware

Below par quality – avoid like the plague! After 4 weeks I removed their screen protector and immediately my LCD started jumping, the next morning I woke up to half of it being broken. No drops in that time, not a mark on the glass, just gone but they will fix it for more money.

Told this screen is as good as apple’s which lasted 2,5 years and insane drops before it’s demise. In the process of asking my bank to recall the payment due to either being missold or a faulty screen.
