Daughter snapped the charger plugged into iPad. Guy at the shop super friendly, we left it with him for 15 mins went back and he had managed to extract the broken piece that was stuck in the port. Wouldn’t accept any payment just seemed really happy to help and my daughter was so happy. Would definitely recommend
