I have had a couple of issues where I have sought assistance from Techme and on both occasions the staff were excellent. They didn’t over promise or under deliver. The only issue I had was that I had to spend around half an hour at home trying to get back into my laptop. I understand that for Techme to do what I asked they needed to circumvent or change some things but perhaps in future Techme could ask customers to power up their devices and obtain normal access prior to leaving. This way those with the knowledge can explain what needs to be done and why, in order to resume normal activity. Having said that, I will definitely use their services again when I get into difficulty.

My computer died so I contacted Techme and spoke about fixing it but after checking the old computer I decided to get a new one the guys were fantastic very helpful and helped me all the way throughout the purchase they are professional at all times they set up the new Lenovo and took time to explain all the ins and outs of it to make sure I knew what was going on with the new setup they made me feel like I was at home I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to buy a new computer or have one repaired I was extremely happy with them.

Really great place to visit with a dead computer. Found all the staff to be highly professional and helpful. Techme also has in store, many interesting computer parts for sale on their shelves and website. Left my computer for a couple of day’s and on collection all fixed, and at a very reasonable price. Techme provide an excellent service to the computer users of Gawler and surrounding areas.
