Sister took her laptop in as it wasn’t turning on. Tried contacting the place to get an update to no avail so our mum went in to ask about it months later and they gave her the laptop and said they couldn’t do anything for it and it was pretty much “unfixable”. My partner who has no experience fixing laptops then looked into it and the place had taken every screw out of the laptop and not put them back. He ordered a new battery for the laptop replaced it himself at home (AGAIN HE IS NOT A TECH EXPERT) and just like magic the laptop started working again. May I also add the shop had told us they had tested the laptop with a new battery and said that this didn’t work…. Not very professional at all. So anyone needing a laptop fixing you’d probably be better off doing it at home.

Edit: the people working there told me to write a good review whilst in store, me and my mother have both had things fixed on our phones through this shop, both Samsung users S20+ & S21 5G, they had fixed the phones but used low quality Double sided tape to hold the back of our phones on, they even had the audacity to charge me PS50 to replace a PS15 part & after the repair I noticed a finger print under the camera glass wich left a smudged look in my photos and the glass was fitted so badly that dust has entered my camera leaving the right side to not focus at all and leaving a permanent black Mark in my photos.

I would never go here if you care about you’re phone’s quality

After having problems with connecting with the Internet, I finally bit the bullet and took my computer to tech&mend in maltby, he bent over backwards to try and keep my original version of Windows on with all my info, but in the end had to remove it and install another version but not before saving all my pictures documents etc to a hard drive. I cannot thank them enough for the great service that they provided and would not hesitate to revisit if I had a problem.
