I cannot rate Technical Merritt enough, price is fair and work is superb. After running to the end of my own ability trying to diagnose a computer I called and talked with John. He respected me and my work to previously diagnose the issue.

He was helpful and upfront with his position, charges and kept me up to date along the way – honestly what more could you ask for? He was able to identify the cause of all the issues and said part is now to be replaced.

Not all products are created equally and the same is said for Computer Services companies. Some just add more ram or do basic diagnostics but TM can do it all, from diagnostics all the way to component repair (not just for computers too).

If you need a genuine repair technician or computer technician trust me, give them a buzz.

Wonderful service from John and his team at Technical Merritt. My very ancient laptop died and only John managed to resurrect it enough to recover the data by removing the hardrive. This took time and patience but I am now completely set up on a new laptop supplied by Technical Merritt at an excellent price with all my data intact.
