I contacted John after my drive had become corrupted. From the initial contact to completion of the repair & reinstall I received absolutely first class service. John provided prompt & regular updates, explaining everything clearly and concisely. The whole process was complete in 48 hours, and John gave me a thorough demonstration of the amendments he had made when I collected the machine. My PC is now running beautifully.
