Bought a Lenovo laptop from them recently. Fast shipment, no issues with product, and sharply priced. Communication could have been a bit better, no information about item being shipped and expected delivery time. As I was refusing delivery of another laptop at the time and sender didn’t appear on the parcel, I wanted to make sure this was the one from Technoworld. Called customer support that picked up immediately and quickly confirmed that the parcel received was indeed from them. So all in all a good experience, in particular positively surprised by accessibility and competence of customer support.

I ordered a stylish and high-performing laptop that arrived quickly. Unfortunately, despite being pleased with the item, I had to return it for reasons related to its design.

There was a problem in the ordering process which was partly my own fault and it became a little complicated to sort. However, due to the tenacity and real care shown by Mark Davis, he was able to resolve the issue in a matter of hours and in doing so made it very simple for me with the positive outcome. Great personal customer service! I can also advise that only today I have recommended Technoworld to my son who is looking to also purchase a laptop.
