Could not solve the issue with my printer. Even with guidance video researched by me. With a 2nd video I gave him he couldn’t even follow the easiest steps. I solved the problem later myself. He was not willing to give me any refund for his incompetence. Beware of this rip off. He charges 80 dollar per hour…. if I could I would give negative stars…..
Brian was amazing. He fixed my computer it works good as new .He even took the time to address a Web issue i was having .I highly recommend him he was efficient, fast ,fair and friendly .I will be going back for service in the future .
