Without a doubt I would recommend this business.As somebody who has very little IT knowledge I felt I was listened to with regard to my requirements and they found me an i pad that more than satisfied my needs .Both lads Adam and Jack were superb but special praise needs to be given to Jack who was absolutely fantastic in showing me how to get the best out of my new purchase .I visited the shop 3 days later to ask for more information and as always Jack couldn’t have been more helpful .A truly professional service who value your custom .Thank you
I’ve been going to Techpod for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to phone repairs or selling your phone. Adam has a heart of gold and he always goes out of the way for you. Dropped my mother in laws phone off on Saturday for a battery replacement. It was done on the same day within 30 minutes. When it comes to selling devices he will always give the best possible trade in price and will beat any quote that you may have been given elsewhere.
