Replaced back screen on my iPhone 14. Front of phone was damaged in the process and refused to take ownership. Do not recommend. Also from your response, it wasn’t cracked it was a pin prick of leaked ink which was barely noticeable on pick up and it grew over 2 days and it was never there before!!!!!! I came in as soon as I had time and showed you and you just denied me out the door. Maybe you should take responsibility instead of denying what you did to the front of my phone which was in pristine condition.I dont usually leave reviews

Customer service is poor, stood at counter while worker looking up computer for parts for laptop absolutely no communication apart from a verbal quote of $330 to fix it

Paid that for a brand new one and when trying to explain that the screen won’t come on because the wire was snapped I was made to look stupid yet the screen works by contacting the two wires back together all it would have taken was a soldering iron and fix the the hinge on it ……mate poor quality customer service seriously a bit more communication
