Excellent customer service and work.

Was sitting on a laptop issue for a few weeks and it came to a head. Was not able to use it for work. Called them at 9am on a Monday and asked if they could replace a GPU fan. Put it in at 10am same day. Was told it would be later in the week or possibly a few weeks if the parts had to be sent off for. Luckily everything arrived same day and they were able to get the job done by 10am on the Tuesday.

Very up front and transparent about pricing and timing. Able to check progress and invoice on their site.

Will definitely be using again. Very happy!

Friendly, responsive and a good service.
Took in my 2012 Macbook Pro with a hard drive which was showing the quesiton mark folder upon boot.
Took it to TechRescue with an old SSD I had.
HDD was in early stages of drive failure so they installed MacOS onto the SSD and transferred all the data onto it.
They gave a good explaination of costs of different solutions.
Happy to recommend this service.
