Stopped into store with questions related to my monitor and touch on/off switch. Owner/tech was very helpful with suggestions, explained why he didn’t do that work in his shop and provided me with a potential repair location within Surrey area that may be able to help. Very focused approach on customer service, very nice shop with abundant parking. This will be my ‘go to’ service location for future needs. Very helpful, cordial experience!!

Nothing but positives! After a phone call to confirm their hours and Covid policy, I brought my laptop into the store later that morning to have some additional RAM added to my laptop. They performed the upgrade while I waited and I was out the door again within 15 minutes. The cost of parts and labour was less than I’d expected. My laptop has been running like a charm since and I’m very happy with their work. Highly recommended.

I still really like this shop and has always been constantly excellent. Today helped a problem that was beyond my capabilities. Fair, trusted, proficient, and just plain nice. Leaving my review from a few years ago as a testament of great things….. trusted shop for computer repairs and have been coming here since before they moved to this location on George Street. I see they have more new & used computers, equipment for sale.
