Two weeks ago, I bought a phone from this store. The battery didn’t work properly; it drained even when I wasn’t using it. I went back to the store to address the issue and spoke to the staff politely. However, the person I spoke with was rude and disrespectful. He refused to acknowledge the problem and acted as if I was at fault. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and made no effort to resolve the issue.

It was clear that they didn’t care about customer satisfaction. The overall customer service was terrible and it ruined my day. I would not recommend this store to anyone due to their poor service and lack of accountability.
