Bought a phone charger cable, which was problematic connecting, after a short time of use. Ali was really, really helpful- full explanation, which I actually understood!! (Am not particularly tech savvy) Have had to return to the shop, as unfortunately the replacement has stopped working also and I have received a full refund. This may all sound negative, but I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will have absolutely no hesitation in returning, with my next technical issue (which is inevitable!) The customer service is fantastic

They are genuine , honest and caring to their customers as well as providing a great knowledge of their services with the shortest time of sevice and they are trust worthy. This is a great shop if you need any technical support with phones, computers and even to temporary store your luggage if you’re visiting Edinburgh and yet to get a hotel, the chap ‘Anirudh’ was very helpful in giving me the best deal and upgrade from my old Nokia smartphone (if i could id give this guy 10/10).
