Im sad to say that as of today i will no longer go to Techville in Oakville on Kerr st. Been going there since they opened.
Moments ago i got crappy service, attitude, and a feeling like i didnt matter from the person that took my call.

I asked for a screen protector ive been buying there for at least 5 years and they always tell me we dont have it but will order it for you sir.

Today i got a flat out NO. After explaining the usual response i get the person then “checked in the back” them told me MY option that he could order for me. Yes that is what techvill has always done. Making me a repeat cudtomer. His excuse, he says he didnt understand the ask. Then after saying i just want us to be clear with eachother he gave me more attitude

Prior to this call, i was hung up on twice after waiting on hold.

I know who this person with attitude is and ive disregarded his behaviour in the past. But not this time. He shouldnt be customer facing if he is an unhappy grumpy individual with a superiority complex

Your man here has pushed yet another customer into the arms of Amazon.

Fyi everyone.. techville was charging me $25 or more for single screen protectors and to apply it to my phone

Amzon is doing 3 for 8.99 then 10.05 after tax

Without the attitude and trip to techville

Strongly recommend removing this individual as he had offended my, my wife and my Father.

Just took my phone in to get a quote on fixing my screen since the screen won’t turn on after I had accidentally placed a weight on it at the gym. The person helping me asked me if I had tried force restarting my phone and before I could even answer they said “I can tell you haven’t because I just tried it”. Needless to say it didn’t work, but I had been avoiding that option because I still had limited functionality. Now that the force restart went through, I have lost the limited access to calling and texting (via Phone Link on my PC) because I am now completely unable to unlock my phone screen. I’m inclined to leave a 1 star review but I believe this was an honest mistake. Please wait for permission before fiddling around with someone’s device, there may be a good reason behind it.

I trust this store but they do not deserve my trust. They stole part from my mac book. They replaced the battery with different brand. I want to the apple store and they told me someone open your laptop and replace the batteries with a different brand batteries and they put the tapes around so you cannot know they are stolen.I am really advising do not come to this store.
