Rip off scammers that take advantage of the elderly!

My 70 year old father broke his charging port on his Galaxy S5. He called here for a repair and they claimed it was too dangerous to repair it as the screen can break very easily. Told him that a wireless charging adapter and base would be easiest solution, said it would be PS25 for them both.

When he went back to collect it they had put the wireless adapter in and then said the base was extra and tried charging him another PS25 for the base. When he refused they put the price down to PS10 which he relectantly accepted.

The same wireless adapters are only PS5 on ebay and require no soldering or work to fit so to charge PS25 is extortionate.
Not only that but samsung charging base is a fake and over heats after 30 minutes of use and has to be unplugged.

Steer clear of these scammers!
